Clonmel Community Resource centre would like to invite you to an information afternoon to celebrate the arrival of Social Prescribing to Clonmel. Social Prescribing is about supporting people to connect with community groups and services to help improve general health and well being. This event will let people know what social prescribing is, how to take part and the what the benefits of social prescribing are. Author and former Mountjoy Prison governor John Lonergan will be the keynote speaker at the event. Refreshments will be provided upon arrival.
