Join us in person for Hearth & Wick: An Exclusive Candle Making Experience at Killoskehane Castle—a chance to get hands-on and enjoy a candle-making experience in person. Craft your own bespoke winter fragrance amidst the historic fireside warmth of a 17th-century estate. About This Event Escape the holiday rush and step into the warm, historic embrace of Killoskehane Castle for an intimate afternoon of scent, craft, and seasonal conviviality. Hearth & Wick is designed as an intentional pause in the December calendar—an opportunity to slow down, learn the mindful artisan craft of candle making, and connect with fellow guests in an authentic 17th-century Irish estate. Set fireside within the castle’s historic rooms, you will be guided through every step of blending, pouring, and finishing two full-sized, luxury natural wax candles tailored to your personal scent palette. Between pours, relax with warm festive drinks and seasonal treats, take in the atmosphere, and join an optional guided walkthrough of the castle’s restored historic rooms. Whether coming on your own to take dedicated time for yourself or joining with a friend, you will leave with new skills, warm memories, and two beautifully packaged handcrafted candles ready for your home or holiday gifting.
